Nancy,

It doesn't make any sense to me that your anciest relative would say
Perrysville and Franklin while you are talking about Vista St. There are
probably 2 or 3 Lutheran churches in almost a direct line between
them. Franklin Rd may have not existed in 1860 as that was a very rural
area--the hicks!!
