Excuse me for butting in, but....
You should get the obituary from Carnegie Library by writing to their postal
address. Unless I've missed something, I don't think they have an index on
line, do they???
Once you get a death date then write to the state for the death certificate
providing it's 1906 or after. You can get the form from <vitalrec.com>.
