Joan,
On the 1911 Atlas Chatham St. was in both the 2nd and 3rd wards of Pgh.
[this would be correct for the 5th ward in 1880 as the wards were
renumbered] It ran from Webster thru Wylie to 5th. I tried comparing it to
a modern mapping program. If you look at a modern map of downtown
Pittsburgh....Find where Diamond street comes into 5th at an angle from the
south. Chatham ran West to what is now Grant. But, does not appear to
exist now.

The Historic Pittsburgh Project site would have maps you could look at and
locate the street. http://digital.library.pitt.edu

Hope this helps,
Sandra

Is Chatham Street still the same now as in 1880?

TIA

Joan
