Jeanette,
You should try New Castle, PA. All birth and death registrations outside
the cities of Erie, Harrisburg, Pgh and Philadelphia are there after
1906. Yours I know is before that, but they still may have it I do not
have the address handy. Someone on the list does. I can dig it out if
no one does.
