I don't think you'll find anything you're looking for on the web sites for the district or regional office. But if you decide to call them (which I would recommend) ask to speak to the Public Affairs Officer. Same for the HQ except bypass the Public Affairs Officer there and go direct to the Office of History. They do have some historical information linked to the HQ Office of History website.
