Could it have something to do with Jones & Laughlin's Mill, the steel mill that used to be on the South Side (Lower St. Clair)?

Am looking at some old papers dated 1801-
can anyone tell me where was Laughlin's Mill around 1800? Is anyone
interested in this Laughlin family? Names are Joseph, Robert Sr,
Robert, James, Alexander and Samuel.
Robert Laughlin was named the guardian of my 3g grandmother in the
1790s and I hope to use this info to nail down her family better-
