When you want genealogy information , it is always best to write a
letter and not telephone. When you write, be succinct. Say, "Please let
me know the cost for the plot information for the Aaron Jones family."

DON'T say, "My great great grandfather and his second wife are buried in
your cemetery...." because they couldn't care less and want to get right
down to business. ALWAYS include a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope.)
