I'd be interested in other people's observations on these records. I read all of the 6 pages of brides' names for the surname N. There were none from Philadelphia and only one from Allegheny (City or County unsure), but she was marrying a Beaver County man. I read the description and the holdings of RG-14, but no mention was made that all counties may not be included. It would be of interest to know if other counties are missing from these records.
