I use Adobe Acrobat (the full program, not the reader). If I select it
as my printer and create a custom paper size I can create a pdf file
that is up to 45" per side. I recently created a fan type ancestor file
for my family that was only 30x30". The can take that to Kinko's and
have it printed out to hang on the wall. I just checked Tucows and they
have a number of pdf printer programs, some shareware and at least two
that are freeware. Possibly one of those could do the same thing.
