Hello All,

To add my name to the list of translations...

I have a 2nd Great Grand Aunt who was born in 1839 in Bavaria and came to
the States in the mid 1850s.

Her name was Kunigunda Leib. Through whatever process her name eventually
changed to Susan Leap.
Although most of the children changed to Leap. One child changed to Love
and the parents remained Leibs.

However, none of the family had a name as interesting as Kunigunda and no
one else changed their first names
from what they arrived with in the USA.

Have a great evening!

Gary
