Hello:
I am searching the deaths of two of my husbands uncles. The first is
Charles Anthony Sperl d. 8 April,. 1918. My husbands say the family
story is he fell under a moving train and his two legs were amputated.
(Millvale PA) He was employed by the railroad.
The second is another uncle, Joseph Edward Sperl d. 11 February , 1920.
(Millvale PA) He is the brother of the above Charles.
When I try to search the index all I get is the notice that the issues are
unavailable. I would like to find the obits and I would like to know the
procedure for reading these archived newspapers. I find it hard to
believed that for two years the papers are unavailable.
