If you read the comments at the EOGN site there. - Lackwanna site is
VERY unfriendly.
Only those who are die-hard core users of Internet Explorer (IE) can use
it. No one else can. Not even those with Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc.
PS the links to the documents are _buried deep_ and only to specific
records in different departments.
The way it is configured, it is a tax ripoff.
