I’ve looked for my paternal grandparents, Joseph P and Elizabeth E Skinnell (both born about 1885), and my father, John M. Skinnell, (oldest child, and born about 1913) with younger siblings, Lucille M. Skinnell, Joseph P. Skinnell, JR and Robert C. Skinnell. I haven’t been able to find them in the 1930 Census. They lived here in PGH , and for a brief period of time in Youngstown, OH about 1920, but returned to PGH again. They should have been in Brookline about 1930. Do families sometimes not show up in Census records if they are renting? Thanks for any help . Joan
