Good evening all,

I have a "James Packer" that his last known location was in the 1870 census,
Allegheny Ward 4, Allegheny, Pennsylvania at the age of 69.

As expected, I can not locate him after that.

I do have him living in that same location for over 20 years so I would
think he may have died there also.

Any suggestions of locating a death certificate for him, assuming he died in
Allegheny County?
