Bill do you have any information on these names: Anna Agnes b.1734we
think she was a Koch (Cook) and this is information on two of her and
her husband Francis Oury/Uhrig/Ury:
Adam was Born or Baptized on May 9 1752: In the Register of Christ
Reformed Church Littlestown, Pennsylvania 1747- 1871, appears the
following: May 9, 1752 Gorg Adam Parents Frentz Ury & Anna Kinin
Sponsors Gorg Adam Koch & Anna Maria ( Notice later Francis land is next
to Koch). In the Register of Christ Reformed Church Littlestown,
Pennsylvania 1747- 1871, appears the following Aug. 14, 1753 - Oct 14
1753 Johann Georg son of Franz Ury & Anna Cunigunda Sponsers Joh. Georg
Koch & Susanna Schutzin was born & baptized. Littlestown Pa. Adams Co.
now at one time York Co. is near MD. Border. (the name KININ and
CUNIGUNDA means in german daughter of a King) These were her first born
children.
This family of Oury's later lived in Westmoreland CO. Hempfield/Salem
Twp.
