Nancy-
I have one reference to an Elder in my family book.
A Mary Elder had adjoining property to my first ancestor with my
surname.
It was in Westmoreland County, Armstrong Township .
He bought 150 acres of land on the waters of Crooked Creek
adjoining Mary Elder. and Andrew Johnson. The warrant was issued
Aug.11, 1786. It is recorded as warrant No. 252 in the Land Office,
State Archives, Harrisburg,PA. Page 5 of this book.
No other mention is made of Mary.
