Sara, If nobody here seems to know for sure about the Buchanan Valley, you
might call and check the Lancaster PA area museums for "Buchanan Valley" I
have a friend whose home is built on part of the original tract of land of
Pres. James Buchanan. It is possible that that area of Lancaster PA is what
you are looking for. Good luck
