At the end of the above message you wished everyone good luck and hoped we
would reap great rewards from this list. I just wanted to tell you that I
had only joined this list and within days did reap GREAT rewards in finding
the family of my gggrandfather that I have searched for since I started in
my genealogy hobby 7 years ago. I have been to many libraries in several
states talked with many surviving aged relatives , traveled over 1000 miles
to your area a few times and walked cemeteries but when I found out about
this list and signed on finally made contact in just a few days. I will have
to say all of the above did glean some tid-bits of information that were all
posted on your site and made the connection. It was and continues to be very
exciting. Thanks for your work on this list.
