Derek,
There was a William Lowrey that was a guardian of record for Joseph, Robert,
Mary and Sarah Davidson in August 1804.
In Mar 1815 William Robinson, deceased. William Lowry, Esq. & Ann Robinson,
adminstrators.
I am not sure if this will help you. The pages are not indexed, they go by
date. And I found these by just quickly scanning. I do not have any other
information on William Lowry.
