No. 5. The date on it is Nov. 22, 1910. I will also be happy to scan it

This photo was reproduced in the Beaver County Times during the
early seventies I believe and there are obviously some misspelled names.
I am reading them from the article and not trying to interpret
handwriting. I do have a copy of the picture though that is suitable for
scanning.
