You can look at the USGS map to see Darlington Township. Click on
Darlington on the county image map.

You might be able to find the location you are looking for on an old Beaver
County Atlas. If I could get ahold of the old atlas I could scan it and
put it on the web as I did for Butler County. E.g.:
