Hello all!

I am looking for the older brother of my great-grandmother, Martin Solberg,
who emigrated to the US in 1880. I have him in this entry from the census 1900:

Big Beaver Township, Lawrence Co, Pennsylvania
Solberg,, Martin, 58 May 1842, married 20 years, Denmark,
Solberg, Mary, 50, May 1850, married 20 years, Denmark
Nelson, Mina, 23, Mar 1877, single, step-daughter, Denmark,
Solberg, Martin Jr 20, Feb 1880, son, Denmark
Solberg, Maud, 14, Jun 1885, daughter, Pennsylvania
Solberg, Frederieca 12, Nov 1887, daughter, Pennsylvania
Solberg, Samuel, 9, Oct 1890, son, Pennsylvania
Solberg, Sarah J, 8, Feb 1892, daughter, Pennsylvania
Solberg, Kate H, 5, Oct 1894, daughter, Pennsylvania

First of all I wonder about the county. If I look on the maps, Big Beaver
is in Beaver county? I know that they were in Wampum, Lawrence county in
1888. Or does it simply mean that these places are so close to each other
that I should search in both counties?

Anyway I have been looking at the homepage of Beaver County Genealogical
Society. In their Surname Files there is also en entry for the name
Solberg. Now i would of course be very interested to find out, if this is
my family. I wonder, if anybody on this list could advice or assist me to
find out about this.
