Found the following land deeds in Beaver Co., PA while searching for my John
Courtright. All land involved was located in Beaver Co., PA, although the
involved parties might have been from other location :

Apr. 13, 1787 George NORRIS of Middlesex Co., NJ to Ralph PHILLIPS of
Hunterdon Co., NJ, also involved land in Westmoreland Co., PA

10/1803 George CONAWAY to Alexander CHAMBERS of Mercer Co., PA. Also
involved land in Allegheny Co., PA

1804 Nathan LUFFBOROUGH of Pittsburgh, PA to John CLARK of Beaver Co., PA
(There were numerous deeds involving Nathan Luffborough)

8/14/1804 Andrew MONRO & wife Judith of Washington Co., PA to William
CLARKE of Beaver Co., PA, William CLARKE & wife Nancy to Jacob DOUTHERT

9/1804 Abraham CUYKENDALL & wife Anglicia to Thomas BAIRD (several deeds
involving Cuykendall)

1804 John CLARKE & wife Sarah to Thomas MCNAY

1804 Joseph BELL & wife Betsey/Elizabeth to Matthew NEILSON, original land
patent was granted to Henry KUYKENDALL 12/3/1798

1805 John & wife Jane CLARKE to Jennet WELLS wife of Benjamin Wells, both
of Beaver Co., PA. (this appears to be the land bough of Nathan LUFFBOROUGH)

6/25/1805 Thomas & Esther FOWLER of Columbiana Co., OH to Benjamin DAWSON
(land bought of the heirs , some minors not listed, of Jacob CLARKE
deceased, land opposite Georgetown on the Ohio River)

6/25/1805 Isaac & Mary CLARKE to Benjamin DAWSON
Jeremiah CLARKE to Benjamin Dawson

1806 Many deeds 3-4 pages long pertaining to the division of the Beaver Co.,
PA land of Nathan KUYKENDALL deceased in Washington Co., PA. Jacob & Isaac
KUYKENDALL listed as heirs, Isaac's wife was Jane. Witnesses include: John
DECKER & Joseph CUNNINGHAM of Hampshire Co., VA (Now WV). Isaac & Jane
KUYKENDALL of Hampshire Co., VA sold their share to John RAINEY & Samuel
GOE.

1806 John ELMENDORF of Somerset Co., NJ to John NEILSON, Physician from New
York City, wit: James SCHEMERMAN Mayor of New Brunswick, NJ, Jacob
HARDENBURGH, John Van DYKE.

1807 Mark & Mary WILCOX of Delaware Co., PA from Benjamin WYNKOOP, Gent. of
Philadelphia, PA. Also land in Westmoreland Co., PA : 224 acres & 117
peaches.

1807 Benjamin WYNKOOP, Gent. from Phoebe VINING, widow of Wilmington,
Delaware.
