Hello Florence,

1) p 257 #1043 FERREE, John, decd. - August 12, 1816
on petition of William, son of John Ferree, late of Pitt Twp., decd., who
died leaving a widow Jane & six children, to wit: Nancy Rowland (late Nancy
Ferree); Mary, wife of George McCombs; Jane; John; William, the petitioner;
and George; and seized a tract called "Fairfield" in Pitt Twp. [Rest
illegible]
(Note:" [Rest illegible]" is in this book)
No other FERRELL/FARRELL or FERREE
Nothing for SWEARINGEN

Page numbers noted are not for this book. I believe they are Court Docket
page numbers. This book is only Volume I, and there are several more which
I do not have. This book does not contain the details of wills so I
checked my book Index to Beaver County Wills 1800-1900 and found the
following which may furnish more information:

FARREL, James, 1814, Will book A, page 87
FARRELL, Michael, 1891, Will book I page158
FERREL, Deborah 1824, Will book A page 190
FERRES, William 1885, Will book G, page 446
SWEARINGEN, Basel, 1852, Will book C, page 271
SWEARINGEN, John B., 1873, Will book 2, page 403
SWEaRINGEN, John V., 1849, Will book C, page 178
SWEARINGEN, John V. 1893, Will book I, page 390
SWEARINGEN, Mary, 1896, Will book K, page 295
SWEARINGEN, Nancy A., 1897, Will book, K, page 461
SWEARINGEN, Rebecca J., 1871 Will book E, page 333
SWEARINGEN, Samuel, 1884, Will book G, page 339
SWEARINGEN, Thomas, 1891, Will book I, page 152
SWEARINGEN, William V., 1881, Will book G, page 32
SWEARINGEN, Zachariah, 1867, Will book E, page 44

Contact the Beaver County Genealogical Society at for
details for requesting copies of Wills. Good Luck, Carol
