Thanks Kathy and Elaine for the suggestions. I'll try calling the cemetary
to see what they might have.

Elaine, unfortunately John didn't receive Social Security. I thought about
ordering the info on his daughter but not sure it would contain the details on
him that I'm looking for.

Oddly enough, I received information just today on John and Rose's dates of
death. John died in 1935 and Rose died in 1928. They lived in Ambridge during
those years.

So now I guess my question is, are there obituaries available on-line for
Ambridge? If not, could someone suggest how I might be able to find an obituary?
I think an obituary might contain more story-like information rather than a
death certificate, which I'll order if an obituary is unaccessible.

Any ideas?
