I really haven't any information for you but your post raised a question in my mind when I noted your Isaac MILLER. I'm new to this list and in searching the census on Ancestry, I noted that the same family were in the same town, Hanover, with Beaver as the county for the years 1860 and 1870 and Washington as the county for 1850 and 1880.
Was that an error on the part of the 1880 census taker, or did this county actually change names and then change back?
