They have all the older licenses on micro film, but many of the films are in awful shape. They are in negative form...black background wit silver writing and the have them done indexed by groom or idexed by bride. Trouble is that so much of it is unreadable. They tell me that when $$$ becomes available they intend to have these redone using modern techniques. Don't hold your breath, now.
