Looking for information on the Valentine Brown family of Canonsburg, Washington Co., PA in the 1920 PA Census.

Valentine A. Brown, born OH/PA approx. 1869/1875 , parents, according to the census, were have to been born in Ireland
(POSSIBLE father is a George Brown, 70, of Glasgow, Beaver Co., PA in 1880 PA Census.
Also shown in the 1880 PA Census are:
George's wife, Ellen, 53, born Ireland,
a son George, 28, born ME,
daughter Ella, 23, born KY,
daughter Kate, 22, born OH,
daughter Margaret, 18, born PA,
daughter Susan, 15, born PA,
daughter Elizabeth, 12, born PA,
son Valentine, 10, born PA )
This family is shown in the 1870 PA Census for Ohio Twp., Beaver Co., Darlington Post Office.


The 1920 PA Census states that Valentine Brown was born OH in 1875.

Wife of Valentine Brown is hopefully:
Sarah (Sadie) RAFFERTY Brown, born OH approx 1882, parents Thomas and Margaret (Nevil/Neville) Rafferty, of East Palestine, Columbiana Co., OH, both born Ireland.

Valentine Brown's Children in 1920 PA Census are:
Earl(e), born approx. 1900, OH
Romaine, born approx. 1903, PA
Ethel, born approx. 1905, OH
Helen, born approx. 1909, OH
Harold, born approx. 1912, PA
Arthur, born approx. 1915, PA

Sarah Jane/Sadie Rafferty Brown was said to have been living in RENFORD?? RI in 1949. Other Rafferty family surname connections are:
Gorman, Van Fossen, Smith, Jacobs, Williams, McGuckin, Gilmore, Nevil/Neville, McCall, Barth, Bortz, Dolan

I have much Rafferty family info to share with any interested parties.
