What I MEANT to say was:

Ordering deeds is one of the first things I do in a "new"
county--and besides all the information in the deeds themselves,
occasionally I have received unexpected bonuses--wills or other documents
that for some reason were in with the DEEDS.

When will I learn to proofread first?
