Linda:
There are no listings for Thomas, Watson or Jerry - a bit better for
William:
WILLIAMS, Wm., miner, Hopewell
WILLIAMS, William, farmer, Saxton
WILLIAMS, W. C., farmer, Mattie
WILLIAMS, W. M., farmer, Emerson
I don't live in Bedford but a good deal of the 'clan' does. My folks
are both from Johnstown with assorted cousins, etc. all over Bedford, Somerset,
Cambria counties. I don't get back too often but have been looking to
nicer weather for a trip in that direction as well. From all I've been
reading about records being lost, libraries closed, records no longer
accessible, etc. I think it would be a great benefit for all of us to try and
record as much as possible!!
Good hunting! ...Candy :)
I am trying to
place a lot of different Williams in Bedford in 1900, but some of the most
popular is
Thomas
William
Watson
Jerry
Do you live
in Bedford? I wanted to make a trip up and was thining when the weather was nice
I might make regular trips so I could help transcribe some of the records so we
can add more online quicker.
