The following obit from 1949 was found at the Allegany Co. MD. Genealogical Society.

>From the Cumberland Times:

Ross Hamilton Leasure, 324 Bedford Street, died yesterday evening in Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient since Friday. He had been ill three years.
Born in Bedford County, PA, Mr. Leasure was a son of the late Lafayette and Agnes (Hamilton) Leasure. He has resided in Cumberland since 1930.
For the past 14 years Mr. Leasure was employed as a salesman by the Great American Tea Company. He was a member of Central Methodist Church and served on the board of stewards and the board of trustees of the church.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Ruth (Bennett) Leasure, he is survived by two children, David R. and Virginia Lee Leasure, at home; two brothers, Maurice B. Leasure, this city; and Ralph L. Leasure, Pittsburgh; and three sisters, Mrs. Nellie Zembower and the Misses Mary and Olive Leasure, all of Cumberland.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 pm at Central Methodist Church, with Rev. Crates S. Johnson, D.D., pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Christian Cemetery, Artemas, PA. The body is at the residence.

Agnes Hamilton was the daughter of Levi Hamilton and Melvina Wolford. Levi was the son of Robert Hamilton and Elizabeth Willison.
