Heidi,
Disposition of will files in PA is determined at the county level, and
most counties maintain these files in the office of Register and
Recorder at the county court house. In the case of Berks Co., the county
seat is in Reading PA. I think you should expect "normal" courthouse
working hours during the weekdays you are in the area.
