I missed any prior mention of "the Pendelton book," which apparently has
topographical maps in it. Perhaps it was mentioned in a private message
not posted to the list.

The Pendleton Book has approximately 10 1/2 pages of size 8 1/2 x 11
pages of Bibliography. If someone has it in 'postable' form it would
be nice. I just have the book.
