Each level is two times the previous. So your GGGGGfather is 2 to the sixth
power, include parents, grand parents and 4 greats grandparents, so at that
level you have 64 people (having 4 great) . If you knew you had your line
at the, say 6 great level, then count the 6 for that and add 2 more levels
for parents and grandparents. It is 2 to the eighth power or 256 great,
great, great, great, great, great grand parents.
So if the original file you wanted is missing you should be able to pick out
the number of people using powers of 2.
