Congress of the 24th. of April 1820, entitled "An act making further
provision for the sale of

Dutch Cemetery
(Sometimes called Webster Cemetery)

This cemetery is located in the northeast quarter of section 32 of Allen
Township. The
Lightsville-Rossburg Road passes the cemetery on its north side and the
Reigle-Bell Road passes the
cemetery on the east side. This cemetery is in poor shape and the stones
are being vandalized.
Inscriptions were taken in 1964.

72 rods lying in the M.E. corner of section 32, Twp. 14, Range 2 east
"erect a house of worship of M.E.
Church and a reasonable portion of said lot may be used as a graveyard.

Charlotte: Charlotte was first married to David Schlechty, two children,
Mary E. and susanna born in Darke Co., Ohio. Married again after
George's
death. Samuel Kershner, three children: Caroline, Marion and Ellen
Virginia born in Darke Co., Ohio. Charlotte is the daughter of William
and
Susannah (Miller) Miller and their family moved to Montgomery Co., Ohio
in
1829. she joined the United Brethern Church in her early youth and after
marring George they were members of the M.E. Church at Webster Chapel."
