To everyone new to the Berks county list, new to genealogy or anyone with a
new computer for Christmas,

This list was set up to hear from anyone looking for ancestors in Berks
County, Pennsylvania. Post your names, outlines or anything you're looking
for. This is genealogy, people helping people, and this list is very active
and has many people willing to do look ups. Just ask questions and wait for
a response. You might be very surprised at what you'll learn. If you're not
familiar with the surname roll than wait for further instructions in the
future and ask questions. I'm sorry, I read Don's instructions for the next
surname roll, sent the e-mail and deleted the instructions. I'm sure he'd be
willing to post them again. We love newbies to the list as it might bring
new blood to our old dried up lines. We're hear to help!!!

To conclude: Just talk to us and we'll try to help you if we have common
ancestors or sources to do a look up.
