Hi -

I am looking for any information on the descendants of William BERKHEISER/BERCKHAEUSER who came to America September 26, 1753. He died before April 30, 1777 and had settled in Windsor Twp., Berks Co., PA. He had the following children:

1) Catharine BERKHEISER (??? - BEF 2/12/1779)
m.Jacob BERGER
2) Johan Wilhelm BERKHEISER (BEF 12/3/1756 - BEF 7/19/1793)
m.Maria Magdalena LEHR
3) Dorothea BERKHEISER (BEF 1765 - ???)
m.Michael HOFFMAN
4) Johann George BERKHEISER (4/15/1768 - 12/5/1818)
m.Maria Magdalena KREMER
5) Philip BERKHEISER (BEF 1769 - ???)
6) Maria BERKHEISER (BET 1769-1777 - ???)

Many members of this family settled in what is now South Manheim Twp., Schuylkill Co., PA. They and their descendants particularly localized around St. Paul's Lutheran Church in South Manheim Twp. Some common surnames in this family are STALLER, YEICH, RIETH/REED, WEBBER, BROMMER, SCHWEIGERT, and NOECKER. Any help locating descendants or information on them would be greatly appreciated!
