Would anyone have any information on a Valentine HUFF and possible wife
Mary (KERST) HUFF? They would have been born sometime in the 1730's and
there is a file in the Berks Co Prothonotary's Office, Appearance
Docket, showing she and Valentine are on Roll 1 p 25 for May 1765. and
then Valentine is also on another file on Roll 1 for Aug 1773 number 23.
Before I order the paperwork from this info, I'd like to know if anyone
is researching HUFFs who lived in Maidencreek area, as her brother
Frantz KERST provided for his sister, 'Mary HUFF of Maidencreek', in
his will of 1/23/1765 and probated on 10/20/1765. Does anyone know what
the appearance docket files contain? Could it be related to her
brother's will? This could be a real breakthru for one of my brick
walls!

Also, does anyone have early church records from that area or from
Exeter/Oley area with a Valentine HUFF or Mary and any possible children
(before 1760's) that could help me find something for them? They could
have been Reformed, but my resources do not have his name listed for any
records from that area of Berks Co., which mostly begin after 1760's.
Thanks for anyone's help..
