There are a few of your names at Moselem Church, including some early baptisms:
But there is nothing in the history of the church in Charles H. Glatfelter's book, 'Pastors and Peoples, Vol 1, Pastors and Congregations', that shows HAUER/HOWER were founding members of Moselem. Maybe there is further history of the church at the Berks County Historical Society.

Here are entries from a resource that I have: 'Berks County Church Records of 18th Century', by F Edward Wright, Vol 2, pub 1999, which do show early events there:

Maria Elisabetha HAUER, dau of Jacob H. and wife Cath. Margretha, born 5/6/1744; bapt 5/6/1744; sponsors: Friederich HAUER and wife Maria Elisabetha KEPPLINGERin.

Johannes HAUER, son of Michel H and wife Dorothea Catharine HERNin, born 7/29/1746; bapt Dom. p 12 Trinity, 1746.
(A religious calender should tell you this date.)

Maria Catharina HAUER, dau of Johan Michel H. and wife Dorothea Cath. HERNin, born 11/9/1747; bapt 12/5/1747; sponsors: Johann George HAUER and Maria Cath. BESTLIN.

Johan Friedrich HAUER, son of Georg Fried., and wife Maria Elis. WENERin; born 9/1/1748; bapt dom 11 Trinity,; spons: Johann Wendel HAUER and Catharina WENERin.

Andreas HAUER, single, and Cathar. MERKELIN, single, sponsored baptism of Joh.Jonathan HILL., son of Johannes H. and wife Magdalena, on 4/20/1772; born 3/2/1772.

Marriages: Michael HAUER, son of Michael HAUER, to Catharine KERN, dau of John George KERN on 10/17/1745. (Could KERN and HERN be the same?)

This at St Paul's Congregation, Windsor Twp

Valentine BILLMAN and Barbara HAUER sponsored baptism of Johannes LeBold, son of Johannes and wife, born 8/11/1785; bapt 9/1/1785.
