Listers, I just learned I will be in the Reading Area Friday, August 15.
Working two pre 1800 Berks County Families: Casper Dom/Dum/Thum and
Pierre/Peter Chauvin, Gevin, Javin, Shavin. Pierre Chauvian married
Catherine Dom in Goshenhoppen in 1785. Family moved to Crawford Co, PA in
1803.

1. Where can I best spend my one day?
2. What reasonable priced accommodations/restaurants are available in the
area? (Restaurants that serve food/cooking native to the Reading area
preferred.)

Thanks, Bob Todd

hearing any recommendations about lodging. In particular about Granny's
Motel & Restaurant in Frackville.
