Try looking for Johan Peter Stocker or Johan Michel Stocker.

If the name were just Johan it would probably be written as Johannes or Hans

The "Pennsylvania Colonial Records" include:
Stocker, Peter - Vol. 3, page 524
Stocker, Michel - Vol. 3, page 415
Stoker and Wharton - Vol. 10, page 339
Plus later references.

I've no connection to these names.

Subject: [PABERKS] Stocker

Does anyone have any information on a Johan Stocker, who arrived in Pa on
ship "Rawley" on October 23, 1752. I have just found a copy of a page from a

family Bible that names Johan Stocker as the father of Eva Martzloft. The
entry
gives a birth date of 1755 for Eva.The 1790 census lists Eva as head of
household in Richmond twp. Berks Co. Any help would be appreciated. Sandy
