Luther E. ROWE, 83, of Jacksonwald Avenue, Exeter Township, died July 23, 2003, in St. Joseph Medical Center.

He was the husband of Barbara A. (ARNOLD) HARRIS-ROWE. He was predeceased by his first wife, Pauline ROWE.

Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the last Earl D. ROWE and Edith M. (HIGH) ROWE.

ROWE was the owner of the Pottstown Tile Company.

He was an Army veteran of WWII.

ROWE is also survived by three sons: Robert ROWE, Orlando FLA; Martin ROWE, West Lawn; and Timothy ROWE, Cocoa FLA.
