Thanks Geri for the interesting info on the Eckenrode/Eckenroth, etc. family
of Berks Co. I wonder how they tie in or if they do with my ECKENRODE's from
Lynn Twp, Lehigh Co, PA and Greeenwich Co, Berks Co, PA. I'm not presently
working on this family but I believe my daughter is. I just saw the same surname
and wondered if any one knew if there are any connections with these families.
One note mentioned with your ECKENRODE info was many of the forefathers were
Catholic. I don't know about this family but eventually it ties into my RUFFNER
line. My RUFFNER's were Catholic.
