The American ancestor of the Drumheller family was J. Leonhart
Drumheller, landed at Phila Oct 26 1754.

In 1759 there is a record that Dewald Drumheller lived in Rockland
township,Berks County.
(Northampton Co. 21 Jan 1771, Estate of John Rush, the older, Williams
township, second son Peter accepted the land, on the jury was a Dewalt
Drumholler)
