I too would be interested in the Knepper family line...
My 5th great grandmother was Anna Catherine Knepper b. 5 May 1732 in
Germany.
She married Johannes Friess, also born in Germany, about 1753 and they
had a number of
children who I have found records for. After Johannes died Anna
Catherine remarried ...
to a Peter Lyking. Both Anna and Johannes lived in the Albany area.
From what I have
been able to find out, Anna's father's name was Peter Knepper...
