Hi too one and all,
In specking with a WW 2 vet who lives in Reading, Pa., I learned that in 1942
there was a board placed behind the anchor in city park with all the names of
the men ( boys ) from Berks County who were at war.
Benjamin Grillo was home for two days in 1942, and this is when he saw the
board for the first time.
After the war Ben worked for the Reading city parks and remembers that the
board was put in the annex.
Ben would like to know if anyone knows what happened to the board, or is
there anyone who has a photo of it.
Thank you in behalf of a World War Two Vet.
And Jean
