This is probably Falkner Swamp church, one of the oldest in PA, started in 1717. It is in Gilbertsville, New Hanover which is kindof north of Pottstown in Montgomery Co. Old Swamp is where it probably got its nickname!
It is on Swamp Pike Rd between Limerick and New Hanover, abt 1/2 mile SE of New Hanover.
