Looks like may have belonged to a telephone company employee.
Hand-written on top of map is "F.E. STOUDT c/o The Bell Telephone
Company, Reading."

published 1958. It is autobiographical and about her journeys in Berks
county and abroad. She previously wrote 3 books on the folklore and life
of the Pennsylvania Dutch (Germans). Her parents grew up in Pennsburg
and Boyertown, and she was a writer for the Kutztown "Patriot" for many
years.

*GEBERTS AND TAUFFSCHEIN: Esther Anna BEYER a daughter of James Beyer
and his wife Mary a daughter of Georg KRIEG. She was born the 24th day
of July 1859 in Moskaemanner (probably Ruscombmanor) Township in Berks
County, Pennsylvania. The Reverand Isaack Moller baptized her in
October. The witnesses were Ruben Beyer and his wife Esther.
