Orphans Court, Aug 17, 1829, Petition of Joseph WEIDNER, eldest son of Daniel. His father died on or abt 27 Nov last ???? leaving no widow but issue: petitioiner, David, Peter, Daniel, & Michael. Michael still a minor. Petition to partition land in Bethel Twp, of Daniel WEIDNER dec'd, containing a grist mill bounded by Michael TROUTMAN?, John SCHNEIDER, & others containing 69 acres. Joseph & David declined the property at valuation and son Peter accepted.
