Also, here's an article from the Reading Eagle, July 10, 1910.

"Deininger Mansion and Park" reads the headline "Previous to the purchase of
the Deininger Mansion, at the base of Mt. Penn in the northeastern suburb of
Reading in 1874 for the Episcopal Diocesan School, for the place had been
leased by David P. Lash, who which became quite popular. Many citizens of
Reading played billiards and other games there over 35 years ago. There was
a large park with tall shade trees surrounding the mansion, where there was
a gymnasium, and young men exercised themselves with dumb bells, Indian
clubs, swinging rings, horizontal bars, etc. Deiningers' farm which was a
favorite place for holding picnics on July 4. The diocese paid $14,000 for
the property. The Schuylkill Seminary [now Albright College] is now conducted there, the successor
of Selwyn Hall."

Is anyone related to them?
Anyone have biographical information on the family? Pictures?

Thanks,
